Hiring: Dutch Fluent Tech Support - French Speaker Preferred - Visa Sponsorship - McKinley

Location: McKinley Hill, Taguig - Onsite

About the Role:

We are hiring a Bilingual Service Desk Analyst (Dutch & French Speaker) to join our team in McKinley Hill, Taguig. Be part of a global team providing world-class technical support to international clients!

Role: Dutch Fluent Tech Support - French Speaker

Location: McKinley Hill, Taguig - Onsite

Work Setup: 100% Onsite - Shifting

Your Role:

Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end-users

Handle and resolve incidents, service requests, and technical issues via phone, email, and chat

Accurately log tickets, troubleshoot, and escalate when needed

Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and meet SLA targets

Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex technical concerns

Who were looking for:

Dutch Fluency is a MUST - Fluent in Dutch (Speaking, Reading, and Writing) - Required

French language is a big advantage - Fluent in French (Speaking, Reading, and Writing) - Preferred

At least 2 years in Technical Support / Service Desk / IT Help Desk

Strong background in technical troubleshooting

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Willing to work 100% onsite in McKinley Hill, Taguig on a shifting schedule

Stable employment record - not a frequent job hopper

Must NOT be a present or former employee of CGI

PRV/TRV holders preferred, but client can process working visa
