*About the Role:*

EXL Iloilo is urgently hiring for our Retail Voice Account! Get up to PHP 18,000 package. This account is open for those who have completed at least 2 years in college with BPO voice experience.

*Responsibilities:*

- Handle inbound calls for Retail account

- Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries promptly

- Deliver excellent customer service with empathy and professionalism

- Achieve quality scores and performance targets

- Follow company policies and procedures

*Qualifications:*

- Must have completed at least 2 years in college (College Undergrad)

- _Note: HS / SHS graduates are not qualified for this account_

- At least 1 year BPO Voice experience required

- Excellent English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in Iloilo City

- Can start ASAP
