EXL Service Iloilo is urgently hiring for our Retail Voice Account! Earn up to Php 22,000 salary package with HMO and full benefits.

*Job Responsibilities:*

- Handle inbound calls for retail customers

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently

- Deliver accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction

- Meet performance metrics and quality standards

*Qualifications:*

- Completed at least 2 years in college (College undergrad) - HS and SHS grads not qualified for this account

- Minimum 1 year BPO voice experience required

- Excellent communication skills in English

- Willing to work onsite in EXL Iloilo

- Can start ASAP
