Job Overview:
Be part of EXL's Premium Banking Account in Pasay! We are looking for experienced BPO professionals with banking and financial background for this high-paying opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound inquiries for a global financial account
Assist customers with banking and finance-related concerns
Provide accurate, timely, and professional resolution to customer issues
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Deliver excellent customer experience and maintain high satisfaction ratings
Qualifications:
At least Senior High School Graduate - College Graduate is a plus
With minimum 2 years experience in Banking / Financial Account - BPO or Banking industry required
Good to excellent English communication skills
Must be willing to work onsite in MOA Pasay
Must be willing to work on shifting schedule including night shift
Can start ASAP - Immediate joiners preferred
