Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Travel Counselor, you will answer call and inquiries of customers in accordance with standard policies and procedure.
Making changes to existing reservations (ticket reissuance & cancellations)
Providing support on any existing online bookings – air, hotel, car, rail & non-GDS changes & cancellation
Making outbound calls to vendors and customers as required
Creating new PNRs for fresh booking

Job Qualifications:
- At least high school graduate
- With 1 year Travel account experience; knowledgeable in GDS, Amadeus, Apollo, Sabre, Worldspan
- Amenable to work onsite at EXL Pasay
