Successful candidates will handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns efficiently, maintain accurate records, and consistently meet quality and productivity metrics.
Qualifications
HS/SHS Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
At least 6 months of BPO experience.
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong customer service mindset.
Willing to work onsite.
Salary Offer
PHP 23,000–PHP 27,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
