Job Description

Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
Assist customers with account-related concerns, transactions, and inquiries.
Provide accurate information regarding financial products and services.
Resolve customer issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions and update records accordingly.
Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
Qualifications
At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
With or without BPO/Call Center experience.
Good communication skills in English.
Willing to work on-site in Alphaland, Makati City.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
