Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2-3 years of relevant US/UK banking account experience in a contact center/shared services environment.
• Experience in customer service, credit control, arrears calling, or default management in the finance industry specifically UK accounts.
• Able to demonstrate sound numerical skills and literacy
• Negotiation skills, empathy, regulatory awareness
• Good to have: Exposure to UK banking or collections experience in other verticals.
• Not a job hopper
• Must not be a present or former employee of Wipro
