*Job Description:*

We are urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Financial / Insurance Account in BGC, Taguig. This is for candidates with a strong financial or banking background looking to grow their career in a global BPO company.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle financial and insurance customer inquiries

- Provide account support and resolve concerns professionally

- Deliver excellent customer service experience

- Maintain quality, compliance, and performance standards

*Qualifications:*

- Completed at least 2nd year college - required (non-negotiable)

- With financial / banking background - required

- At least 1 year of BPO experience

- Good to excellent English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City

- Can start ASAP
