*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle customer inquiries related to financial and insurance brokerage services

- Provide accurate information and excellent customer support

- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction

- Meet performance and quality metrics

*Qualifications:*

- At least Senior High School Graduate, 2 years completed in college, or College Graduate

- At least 6 months BPO voice experience required

- Excellent English communication skills

- Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused

- Willing to work onsite in McKinley Hill, Taguig on a shifting schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays)

- Can start ASAP
