*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*

- Handle customer inquiries related to financial & insurance brokerage

- Provide accurate information and excellent customer support

- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction

- Meet performance and quality metrics

*QUALIFICATIONS:*

- At least SHS Graduate, 2 years completed in college, or College Graduate

- At least 6 months BPO voice experience

- Excellent English communication skills

- Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused

- Willing to work onsite in McKinley Hill, Taguig - shifting schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)

- Can start ASAP
