- Handle financial and insurance inquiries via phone, email & chat

- Provide account support and resolve customer concerns

- Deliver excellent customer service experience

- Maintain quality, compliance, and performance standards

- Accurately document customer interactions

*Qualifications:*

- At least 2nd Year College Completed - REQUIRED

- Financial / Banking background is a MUST

- At least 1 Year BPO experience in Financial / Banking / Insurance account

- Good to excellent communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in Angeles, Pampanga

- Can start ASAP and amenable to shifting schedule
