*About The Role:*

EXL Cebu is urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Financial / Real Estate Account. Great opportunity for career growth with a 1-day hiring process.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle customer inquiries related to financial and real estate services

- Provide accurate information and resolve concerns efficiently

- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

- Meet quality and performance targets

*Qualifications:*

- At least 2nd year college completed

- Minimum of 1 year BPO / call center experience is required

- B1 High CEF English communication level

- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City - shifting / night shift schedule

- Can start ASAP
