*Job Overview:*

We are looking for Associates to join our new US Banking account. If you have US account experience and want fixed weekends off, this is for you!

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle customer inquiries related to US Banking accounts

- Provide exceptional customer service for financial and banking concerns

- Deliver high-quality support and ensure compliance

- Achieve customer satisfaction targets

*Qualifications:*

- At least 6 months BPO experience handling a US Account is REQUIRED

- Must have complete Education and Employment documents ready

- Must be willing to work 100% onsite in Cebu City

- Must be willing to work US night shifts

- Can start ASAP
