Job Description

A Forecasting Analyst creates the long-term & short-term staffing requirements and capacity plans for each account assigned. It is the client-facing representative of Workforce Management that analyzes and discusses staffing/resources needs and serves to unify planning for programs supported in multiple locations. The analyst will quantify and create capacity requirements and will produce simulations of cost maximization, account movements within sites/geographies and provide recommendations on how to improve efficiencies within the account.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

At least 2 years in Forecasting experience

IEX Forecasting Mastery

Amenable to work in morning or day shift

BPO planning/forecasting exp required

Willing to work during holidays and weekends if needed

Amenable to work onsite - Taguig

Can start ASAP

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain call and site capacity files.

Generate Forecast requirements and allocation through IEX ensuring that all factors of seasonality and holiday exceptions have been applied.

Create FTE requirement based on trends and attainments on call handling, AHT and shrinkage.

Communicate and articulate calculations and solutions on any FTE or Capacity related concerns to both Operational and Client partners

Discern any impact related to volume and apply for future forecasts.
