Role Overview
We are looking for a Global Artwork Manager with strong expertise in FMCG/CPG packaging artwork, graphics, and print production. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Japanese or Mandarin at a C2+ or native level and capable of managing end-to-end packaging artwork projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage packaging artwork projects from initial design through final print production.
Coordinate with Marketing, R&D, Design, and Regulatory teams, as well as external agencies, printers, and suppliers.
Define project milestones, track deliverables, and ensure timely completion using project management tools.
Identify production risks, bottlenecks, and delays, and implement mitigation plans.
Review artwork files for accuracy, technical specifications, and packaging regulatory compliance.
Maintain effective communication among stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications
Native or C2+ proficiency in Japanese or Mandarin.
Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG/CPG packaging graphics, artwork, or structural design.
Proven experience working with creative design teams and printing solutions.
Strong project management, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to work in a hybrid/on-site setup in Pasay or McKinley Hill, Taguig.
Open to expatriate candidates and applicants willing to relocate.
