ABOUT THE ROLE:

Hiring for Commercial Contract Manager - Commercial and Client-Facing role for a Global Tech Firm in Mandaluyong. Open to applicants currently in the Philippines with the right to live and work in the country.

ROLE SUMMARY:

- Support contract management teams across projects and accounts and work closely with account leadership, client commercial, and business stakeholders to understand client needs and priorities

- Collaborate with contract management staff across multiple projects, accounts, and geographies

- Help identify, escalate, and resolve commercial and contract risks and issues, working with CM and project leadership for the best outcome

- Support pre-award sales activities, including discussions with delivery teams on deal shaping, contractual outcomes, and contract drafting support

- Build and maintain trusted relationships with client counterparts as a client-facing function

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:

Must have:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree

Good to have:

- Member of World Commerce and Contracting (formerly IACCM) or National Contract Management Association (NCMA) and/or professional certification is a plus

SKILLS AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

Must have:

- Experience in conducting and supervising investigations including compliance-related, employment, and governmental investigations, and in drafting confidential reports and advising senior leadership

- In-depth knowledge of local ethical, conduct, and compliance-related risks, employee rights and obligations, and related laws

- Extensive experience in employee relations and workplace investigations

- Minimum 4 years relevant experience as a Contract Manager

- Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with client executives at all levels

- Basic understanding of commercial contracting regulations and principles, subcontracting practices, and commercial contracting terms and conditions
