Hiring: Healthcare Customer Service Representative (Onsite)

Account: Healthcare Account

Work Setup: Onsite

Salary Package: TBD

MUST NOT BE AN EX EMPLOYEE OF SAGILITY

₱1,000 Flex Fund Allowance (upon hire)

₱2,000 Account Premium Allowance (upon hire)

20% Night Differential

Day 1 HMO

HMO for 1 dependent upon regularization

Qualifications:

College Graduate (with or without work experience)

Completed at least 2 years in college (minimum of 72 units) with at least 6 months of any work experience

Strong customer service orientation

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications and internet browsing

Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

Willing to work onsite

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries related to healthcare services, benefits, and accounts.

Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.

Maintain professionalism and empathy while assisting customers.

Document interactions and update customer records accurately.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
