*ACCOUNT 1: Patient Care Coordinator (PCC)*

*Salary:* ₱20,000 - ₱24,000

*Qualifications:*

- At least 6 months VOICE international experience

- Senior High School Grad or High School Grad (Old Curriculum) accepted

*ACCOUNT 2: Medical Billing Specialist (RCM)*

*Salary:* ₱25,000 - ₱33,000 (depends on experience)

*Qualifications:*

- 1-2 years experience in Medical Billing / Healthcare RCM / Customer Support

- Strong problem-solving skills - can explain complex billing in simple terms

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills

- Can handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
