Account: Life Insurance / Healthcare Account

Salary: Up to PHP 23K (Non-Nursing) / Up to PHP 34K (Nursing Grads)

Setup: Onsite - Shifting Schedule - Full-Time

EXL Cebu is urgently hiring for Life Insurance / Healthcare Account. Excellent package for SHS grads, nursing grads, and medical allied backgrounds. Nursing grads can earn up to PHP 34K package.

Compensation and Benefits:

Up to PHP 23K package (Non-Nursing) / Up to PHP 34K package (Nursing)

HMO plus government benefits plus paid training

Stable account with clear career growth and promotion

Competitive salary for nursing and medical allied

Responsibilities:

Provide support for life insurance / healthcare account

Handle customer inquiries professionally

Assist with insurance and healthcare-related concerns

Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high CSAT

Qualifications:

Non-Nursing - Up to 23K:

SHS graduate or completed 2 years in college / 72 units

At least 1 year BPO voice experience required

Nursing - Up to 34K:

BS Nursing - at least 3rd year undergrad or graduate

With or without BPO experience, fresh grads welcome

Medical Allied - Competitive Package:

Any medical allied course - at least 3rd year undergrad or graduate

At least 6 months BPO voice experience required

General Requirements:

Good to excellent English communication skills

Willing to work onsite in Cebu City - 100% WFO

Amenable to shifting schedule

Can start ASAP
