*About The Role:*

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Provide support for Life Insurance / Healthcare Account

- Handle customer inquiries in a professional manner

- Assist with insurance and healthcare-related concerns

- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high CSAT

*Qualifications:*

*A. Non-Nursing - Up to 23K Package:*

- SHS Graduate or Completed at least 2 Years in College (72 Units)

- At least 1 Year BPO Voice Experience Required

*B. Nursing - Up to 34K Package:*

- BS Nursing Graduate or at least 3rd Year Undergraduate

- With or Without BPO Experience - Fresh Graduates are Welcome!

*C. Medical Allied - Competitive Package:*

- Any Medical Allied Course - At least 3rd Year Undergrad or Graduate

- At least 6 Months BPO Voice Experience Required

*General Requirements:*

- Good to Excellent Communication Skills

- Willing to work 100% Onsite in Cebu City

- Amenable to Shifting Schedule

- Can Start ASAP
