Teleperformance Aura is hiring Content Moderators for our GenMod Account. This is a non-voice role perfect for fresh graduates and career shifters looking to start their BPO career!

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Review and moderate content based on company policies and guidelines

- Ensure a safe and positive online experience for users

- Meet quality and productivity targets

- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

*Qualifications:*

- College graduate of any 4-year course (with or without diploma)

- No BPO / Call Center experience required - fresh graduates are welcome

- Good to excellent English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in McKinley Hill, Taguig City

- Can start ASAP

- Open to shifting schedules
