Job Description:
Teleperformance EDSA is urgently hiring for our Healthcare Account! Earn up to 31K and start ASAP.
Responsibilities:
- Handle healthcare-related customer inquiries and concerns professionally
- Provide accurate information and quality customer service
- Assist customers with benefits, claims, and account-related issues
- Ensure compliance with healthcare privacy and security standards
Qualifications:
- At least High School / Senior High School Graduate
- With at least 6 months Customer Care Experience (CCE) - BPO experience required
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in EDSA Greenfield
- Willing to work on shifting schedule
- Can start ASAP
