What You'll Do: Assist members with healthcare-related inquiries
Explain benefits, eligibility, claims, and billing information
Provide professional customer support through inbound calls
Accurately document customer interactions
Deliver excellent service while meeting quality standards
Qualifications: High School / Senior High School Graduates Welcome Vocational, Associate, and College Graduates are encouraged to apply Good English communication skills BPO experience is a plus, but not required for selected openings Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
