Qualifications

• HS/SHS graduates up to College graduates are welcome

• Strictly with at least 6 months BPO/Call Center experience

• Excellent English communication skills

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

• Computer literate and comfortable navigating multiple systems

• Willing to work onsite and follow a shifting schedule
