‎We are looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our Healthcare Provider account. In this role, you will support healthcare providers by handling inquiries, resolving account concerns, and delivering high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

‎Respond to healthcare provider inquiries professionally and accurately.

‎Assist with account-related concerns and service requests.

‎Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.

‎Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

‎Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction.

Qualifications

‎Atleast High School or Senior High School Graduate.

‎B2 CEFR English proficiency.

‎BAA score of 32.

‎Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

‎Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.
