Job Overview

We are hiring experienced Wealth & Banking Service Helpdesk Analysts / Capital Markets Operations Analysts to provide enterprise-level technical support for business-critical applications, devices, and systems within a fast-paced financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage the ServiceNow queue for incidents, requests, and tasks, ensuring proper triage and prioritization.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving enterprise-managed mobile devices, laptops, desktops, printers, operating systems, networks, and software applications.
Provide remote technical troubleshooting and clear guidance to end users.
Create, update, document, and route incidents and requests in ServiceNow according to established processes.
Support documentation of applications, procedures, and technical support playbooks.
Participate in project meetings, providing technical input and identifying implementation risks and dependencies.
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve escalated and complex issues.
Mentor teammates and serve as an escalation point for complex technical concerns.
Act as a subject matter expert for assigned technologies and support initiatives.
Maintain clear and complete documentation of troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
Participate in continuous training to stay updated on technologies, tools, and support practices.

Qualifications

2–3 years of relevant experience in technical support, helpdesk, IT operations, or a related field.
Experience providing enterprise technical support.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, operating systems, network connectivity, and enterprise applications.
Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system is highly preferred.
Experience supporting Wealth Brokerage applications is an advantage.
Strong communication, documentation, customer service, and escalation-handling skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced enterprise support environment.

Eligibility

Applicants must currently be based in the Philippines and have the legal right to live and work in the country.
Must be willing to work onsite/hybrid in Taguig or Cubao, Quezon City.
Must be amenable to a night shift schedule.
