Job Overview

We are hiring a Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Associate to support medical billing operations and healthcare customer service activities.

This position is suitable for candidates with experience in medical billing, healthcare processes, or customer support who can efficiently manage billing-related concerns, communicate with customers, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support medical billing and healthcare revenue cycle operations.

• Address inquiries regarding medical charges, billing statements, and payments.

• Investigate and resolve billing-related concerns and discrepancies.

• Explain billing procedures and payment information to customers.

• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and account updates.

• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive customer information.

• Work with internal teams to resolve complex billing issues.

• Deliver professional customer service while meeting established performance standards.

Required Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of experience in Medical Billing, Healthcare RCM, or Customer Support.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.

• Ability to understand and explain billing-related information clearly.

• High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information.

• Professional attitude and willingness to work in a team environment.

• Maximum age requirement: 50 years old.

Compensation & Recruitment

• Salary: PHP 25,000–33,000 monthly, depending on relevant experience.

• Work Location: Taguig.
