Responsibilities:

Handle healthcare-related customer concerns with professionalism and empathy

Provide excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction

Utilize MS Office tools to assist customers efficiently

Qualifications:

Open to Fresh Graduates - No experience required

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Customer service oriented and analytical

Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet navigation

Willing to work onsite in Bohol on shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays
