HGS Bridgertowne is urgently hiring for Audio Equipment, TV, and Financial voice accounts!

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle customer inquiries via voice support for assigned account (Audio Equipment / TV / Financial)

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns efficiently

- Assist with billing, technical support, and account-related inquiries depending on assigned LOB

- Document customer interactions accurately and meet quality and performance targets

*Qualifications:*

- At least 6 months BPO International Voice experience - Required

- Good to excellent English communication skills

- Willing to work 100% onsite in Bridgertowne, QC

- Amenable to shifting schedule including night shift, weekends, and holidays

- Can start ASAP - Immediate joiners preferred
