About the Role:
Join HGS Iloilo as CSR for our Financial Account! We are looking for skilled and motivated Customer Service Representatives to deliver high-quality customer solutions. Earn 18K-20K while working with a collaborative team!
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support for Financial Account customers
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Develop reliable and user-focused solutions for customer concerns
- Collaborate with team members to deliver quality outcomes
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Meet performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- At least High School / Senior High School Graduate
- With or without BPO experience - freshers welcome (Financial account background is a plus)
- Good English communication skills - written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willing to work onsite in Iloilo City
- Amenable to shifting schedule
- Can start ASAP
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with customer service workflows and reporting
- Familiarity with financial account processes
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Good ownership, collaboration, and time-management skills
