Are you a Data Engineer looking to build scalable, high-performance data solutions using modern cloud technologies? We are looking for experienced Data Engineers to join an enterprise team in Manila!

Location: Onsite in Manila, Philippines
⏰ Work Setup: Onsite | Shifting Schedule
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:
• Databricks & Spark: Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Apache Spark within Databricks (batch & streaming workflows).
• Data Modeling & Architecture: Optimize queries for performance, design snowflake schemas, and build fact/dimension tables.
• ETL/ELT Processing: Transform raw data into curated datasets to support reporting and analytics ecosystems.
• Governance & Security: Implement data access controls and permissions using Unity Catalog.
• Pipeline Monitoring: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data workflows for reliability and speed.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical specs.

Key Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working directly with the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
• Strong background in data pipeline architecture, ETL/ELT integration, and distributed computing.
• Expertise in query optimization, data modeling, and schema design.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Must currently reside in the Philippines with full legal right to work.
