Your Role:

Handle customer inquiries related to life insurance

Provide exceptional customer service and support

Efficiently resolve customer issues and concerns

Adhere to account processes and quality standards

Meet performance metrics and customer satisfaction targets

Who were looking for:

Education: At least Senior High School Graduate or completed 2nd Year College

Experience: Minimum 1 year of BPO voice experience required

Communication Skills: Good to excellent English communication skills
