What You'll Do
• Manage customer calls and service inquiries.
• Resolve concerns related to products, services, accounts, and transactions.
• Assist customers with reservations, orders, payments, and service requests.
• Provide accurate and timely information.
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
• Follow quality, compliance, and operational standards.
What We're Looking For
• Senior High School graduate or higher.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules.
• Willing to work onsite.
• Previous BPO experience is preferred for some accounts.
• Candidates without BPO experience may qualify for selected positions.
