We are currently hiring for a Customer Engagement Account in BGC, Taguig, with a Blended Non-Voice role involving EMAIL & CHAT support!

JOB DETAILS Location: BGC, Taguig

Position: Customer Engagement Representative

Work Type: Blended Non-Voice – Email & Chat

Salary Package: Up to ₱24,000

Work Setup: Onsite

QUALIFICATIONS

At least High School Graduate

At least 1 year BPO experience

Good written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable handling customers through email and chat

Customer service experience is an advantage.
