*Job Description:*

Concentrix Bridgetowne is hiring Travel Customer Service Representatives! We have 2 travel roles available - one for candidates with GDS experience and one for those without GDS experience. This is a great opportunity for travel enthusiasts to build a career in the travel industry while earning up to PHP 33,000 package.

We are hiring for:

*1. Travel Account - No GDS Required*

- For candidates with BPO experience but no GDS tools experience

- Full training will be provided

*2. Travel Account - With GDS Experience*

- For candidates with GDS experience (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo)

- Higher salary offer for qualified candidates

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle travel-related inquiries, bookings, cancellations, and rebooking

- Assist customers with flight reservations, itinerary changes, and travel concerns

- Provide excellent customer service and travel assistance

- Utilize GDS tools (for GDS role) or internal tools (for non-GDS role)

- Ensure quality and customer satisfaction targets are met

*Qualifications:*

- At least Senior High School Graduate to College Graduate

- *For No GDS Role:* At least 6 months BPO experience in any account

- *For With GDS Role:* At least 1 year BPO experience with GDS experience (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo)

- Good to excellent English communication skills

- Passionate about travel and customer service

- Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City

- Willing to work shifting schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Can start ASAP
