Overview:

Urgent hiring for Vietnamese speakers in the Philippines! We are looking for Vietnamese Language Specialists to support Vietnamese-speaking customers. Earn premium bilingual pay plus incentives with complete training provided. No BPO experience required - fresh graduates welcome.

Job Details:

Role: Vietnamese Language Specialist / Vietnamese Bilingual CSR

Location: Philippines - Hybrid / Onsite (depends on site assignment)

Account: Vietnamese Bilingual Support

Work Setup: Hybrid / Onsite - Shifting Schedule

Salary: Competitive Package + Premium Bilingual Pay + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide support to Vietnamese-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email channels

- Communicate in both Vietnamese and English professionally

- Assist with billing, service requests, and account information inquiries

- Deliver excellent customer experience and resolve issues efficiently

- Accurately document all customer interactions in company systems

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions

- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets

Qualifications:

- Native or fluent in Vietnamese with strong professional communication skills

- Good conversational English skills - training and systems are in English

- No BPO experience required - fresh graduates welcome

- Experience in Collections or knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) process is a plus but not required

- Customer service oriented with attention to detail

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills

- Able to work collaboratively in fast-paced environment

- Must be eligible to work in the Philippines

- Foreign nationals with valid Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) are welcome to apply
