Job Title: HR Payroll Team Lead / HR Service Payroll Delivery Specialist CL9

Job Requisition ID: R00332341

Salary Range: ₱60,000 to ₱100,000

Note: Salary is confidential. Final offer will depend on client and project assignment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time

- Review payroll calculations, taxes, and statutory contributions

- Ensure compliance with payroll and government regulations

- Lead and support the payroll team

- Maintain accurate payroll records and resolve payroll-related issues

Job Qualifications

- At least 5 years of hands-on, end-to-end payroll processing experience: salary runs, tax computation, statutory benefits

- At least 3 years leading or supervising a payroll team

- SAP experience as a working tool within payroll execution

- Strong functional depth in payroll - able to clearly articulate processes

- Solid grasp of payroll compliance: tax submissions, statutory contributions e.g. SSS, Pag-IBIG, BIR

- Experienced in payroll controls, audits, and timeline management

- Comfortable coordinating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams

- Proficient in MS Excel, strong analytical and communication skills

- Must be able to work full onsite in BGC Taguig on day shift schedule

- No active or recent application with Accenture
