Non-Negotiable Requirements & Eligibility

Payroll Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on, end-to-end payroll processing experience (including salary runs, tax computations, and statutory benefits).
Leadership Experience: Minimum of 3+ years leading or supervising a payroll team.
Systems Knowledge: Exposure/familiarity with SAP Payroll (must be able to explain payroll workflows and understand SAP as a operational tool).
Exclusivity Restrictions: Must not have an active or recent job application with the target enterprise client.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Operations & Compliance

Manage, review, and execute accurate end-to-end payroll processing on schedule.
Oversee calculations for gross-to-net salary runs, tax computations, and statutory contributions (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, BIR).
Maintain strict compliance with local payroll laws, tax regulations, and internal operational controls.
Audit payroll records and drive timely resolution of payroll discrepancies or employee inquiries.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Supervise, mentor, and support day-to-day activities of the payroll team to ensure project milestones and SLAs are met.
Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external vendor partners.

Core Competencies & Skills

Functional Depth: Comprehensive knowledge of Philippine payroll processing, tax filings (e.g., BIR Alphalist, ITR), and statutory compliance.
Technical Tools: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (analytical capabilities, data modeling), combined with exposure to SAP Payroll / HRIS.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, timeline management, and clear written/verbal communication.

Recruitment Process
