HR Payroll Team Lead / HR Service Payroll Delivery Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Payroll Team Lead / HR Service Payroll Delivery Specialist to oversee end-to-end payroll operations, ensure accurate and timely salary processing, maintain compliance with Philippine statutory requirements, and provide leadership and support to the payroll team.

The ideal candidate will have strong functional payroll knowledge, hands-on experience with payroll calculations and statutory contributions, and a proven track record of managing payroll controls, audits, and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process end-to-end payroll accurately and within established timelines.

• Review payroll calculations, tax computations, and statutory contributions.

• Ensure compliance with Philippine payroll regulations and government requirements.

• Lead, supervise, and support payroll team members to maintain service quality and productivity.

• Maintain accurate payroll records and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee-related payroll issues.

• Monitor payroll controls, audit requirements, and processing timelines.

• Coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to resolve payroll matters.

• Use MS Excel and payroll systems to validate, reconcile, and analyze payroll data.

• Support continuous improvement in payroll processes, controls, and service delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing, including salary runs, tax computations, and statutory benefits.

• Minimum 3 years of experience leading or supervising a payroll team.

• Strong understanding of Philippine payroll compliance, including BIR tax requirements, SSS, and Pag-IBIG contributions.

• Solid knowledge of payroll controls, audits, reconciliations, and timeline management.

• Strong functional understanding of payroll processes and the ability to explain them clearly.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

• SAP Payroll experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup based in BGC, Taguig, on a day shift.

• Must already have the legal right to live and work in the Philippines.
