Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Service Delivery Associate Manager with strong expertise in end-to-end payroll processing and SAP Payroll. The role will oversee payroll operations, ensure accurate and timely pay processing, manage escalations, drive process improvements, and lead team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the escalation point for team and customer-related issues.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize team performance.
Monitor delivery metrics and ensure achievement of contractual and organizational objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to support business and operational goals.
Participate in annual objective setting and strategic planning.
Develop and manage resources within the reporting line.
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, including Gross-to-Net calculations.
Ensure accurate and timely distribution of employee payroll to bank accounts.
Conduct payroll audit activities and compliance checks.
Prepare and manage General Ledger feeds.
Generate payroll reports and distribute required vendor/government data.
Manage post-payroll activities and ensure accurate payroll closure.

Required Qualifications

7–8 years of relevant payroll experience.
Minimum 5 years of payroll supervisory/leadership experience.
Strong experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
Hands-on SAP Payroll experience is required.
Strong understanding of payroll operations, audits, reporting, and Gross-to-Net processing.
Excellent stakeholder management and escalation-handling skills.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Candidates must already have the legal right to live and work in the Philippines.
Candidates who are currently or previously employed with Accenture are not eligible.
Candidates with an active Workday profile/account with Accenture are not eligible.

Work Requirements

Amenable to a hybrid work setup in BGC, Taguig.
Willing to work on a day shift schedule.
