Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced **HR Service Delivery Associate Manager** with a strong background in **Payroll Operations** to lead payroll delivery, drive operational excellence, and support continuous process improvements. The ideal candidate will have extensive payroll experience, proven leadership skills, and hands-on knowledge of SAP.
Key Responsibilities
As the HR Service Delivery Associate Manager, you will:
* Serve as the primary escalation point for team and customer concerns.
* Drive team performance by delivering operational metrics and achieving service level objectives.
* Partner with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
* Support strategic planning and contribute to achieving business goals.
* Develop, coach, and manage team members under your supervision.
You will also oversee end-to-end payroll operations, including:
* Payroll processing and salary disbursement to employees' bank accounts.
* Payroll audits and compliance activities.
* General Ledger (GL) feed generation.
* Payroll reporting.
* Distribution of payroll-related data to vendors and government agencies.
* Post-payroll activities.
* Gross-to-Net payroll calculations.
Qualifications
* Minimum 7–8 years of relevant Payroll experience
* At least 5 years of supervisory or people management experience.
* Strong hands-on experience with Payroll Processing.
* Experience using SAP.
Preferred Skills
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience driving operational improvements and managing service delivery metrics.
