Job Title: HR Technology Business Analyst

Work Location: Hybrid – Metro Manila/ Work from Home / Night Shift

Salary Range: ₱35,000 – ₱40,000

Start Date: ASAP

Position Summary:

The HR Technology Business Analyst plays a vital role in designing, optimizing, and maintaining HR technology solutions that drive efficiency, enhance employee experience, and support strategic business goals. This role ensures seamless functionality of HR tools while leading initiatives around system development, enhancements, and documentation—all aligned with organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, process, and support Workday EIBs.

Collaborate with HR and operations stakeholders to gather requirements and assess tool development needs.

Support implementation, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance of HR systems to ensure scalability and performance.

Troubleshoot, maintain, and escalate HR tool issues as needed.

Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate enhancements and ensure smooth rollouts.

Partner with leadership and development teams to share insights, communicate updates, and resolve tool challenges.

Analyze HR processes impacted by technology and document workflows to drive continuous improvement.

Develop training materials and conduct user-focused sessions to promote adoption and proficiency.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience with Workday EIB.

At least 2 years of experience with HR systems and tools.

Familiarity with software development and QA testing concepts.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical documentation skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Attributes:

Background in HR Technology or IT within a BPO or service-driven environment.

Passion for continuous learning and user-centered design.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global organization.
