Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Technology Business Analyst with strong expertise in Workday EIB and HR systems support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting HR technology initiatives, system enhancements, troubleshooting, testing, and process improvement activities in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates should have experience working with HR tools, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Create, process, and support Workday EIBs
Gather business requirements and support HR technology enhancements
Assist in implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HR systems
Troubleshoot HR tool issues and coordinate escalations when required
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system updates and enhancements
Document workflows, system processes, and technical requirements
Collaborate with HR, operations, leadership, and technical teams
Develop training materials and support end-user adoption of HR tools
Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to HR technology
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Workday EIB
At least 2 years of experience working with HR systems and tools
Knowledge of software development lifecycle and QA testing concepts
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Experience in technical documentation and workflow analysis
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in HR Technology or IT within a BPO or service-driven environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced and global setup
Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset
Passion for learning new HR technologies and systems
