Inpatient Coder – QA Specialist (Non-Voice)

Work Setup: Temporary WFH
Work Schedule: Shifting
Salary: PHP 75,000 – 100,000 package (Depending on IP experience/tenure; fixed and non-negotiable)
Location: BGC Taguig, Cebu, Davao, or Clark, Pampanga
Start Date: ASAP

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Inpatient Coder – QA Specialist with strong Inpatient Coding and Audit/Quality Assurance experience.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of Inpatient Coding experience, relevant clinical or hospital experience, and hands-on experience in Inpatient Audit/QA. Candidates must also hold a relevant PRN/Medical Allied license and an CCS, CPC, or CIC certification for Inpatient Coding.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of recent and relevant clinical/hospital experience.
At least 3 years of Inpatient Coding experience.
At least 1 year of Inpatient Audit/QA experience.
Strong knowledge of Inpatient Coding guidelines and processes.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify coding and documentation issues.
Experience performing coding audits and quality reviews.
Ability to work independently in a non-voice environment.
Willingness to work on a shifting schedule.
Willingness to work under a temporary WFH setup.

License
