*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle customer inquiries related to financial and insurance brokerage services

- Provide accurate information and excellent customer support

- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction

- Meet performance and quality metrics

*Qualifications:*

- At least Senior High School Graduate, completed 2 years in college, or college graduate

- With at least 6 months of BPO voice experience

- Excellent English communication skills

- Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused

- Willing to work onsite in McKinley Hill, Taguig City - open to shifting schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Can start ASAP
