*About The Role:*

WNS Global Services Iloilo is urgently hiring 40 Customer Service Representatives for our stable Insurance Voice Account. This is a great opportunity for Iloilo-based BPO professionals looking for a competitive salary and career growth.

*Salary Breakdown (Based on Experience):*

- Php 17K-20K Package: For candidates with 6 months to 1 year of BPO voice experience

- Php 21K-26K Package: For candidates with 2 years and above BPO voice experience (with payslip)

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to insurance products and services

- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally

- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure high satisfaction

- Meet quality and performance targets

*Qualifications:*

- At least Senior High School Graduate

- Minimum of 6 months BPO voice experience is required

- Willing to work onsite in Iloilo City on a shifting schedule

- Can start ASAP
