LOCATION: MOA Pasay

Qualifications:
Minimum SHS Graduate – required
1 year BPO experience – required
Salary: Up to ₱22,000
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding insurance policies
Assist with policy updates, claims, and account concerns
Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases
Document interactions accurately in the system
