Insurance Voice Agent - Concentrix Cebu - SHS Grad - Up to 24K Package

About the Role:

Concentrix Banawa Cebu is hiring for our Insurance Account. This is open to all experience levels, even candidates with no BPO experience are welcome to apply. Earn up to PHP 24K total package with complete benefits.

Role: Insurance Voice Agent / Insurance CSR

Account: Insurance Account

Responsibilities:

- Handle insurance-related customer inquiries and concerns via voice channel

- Provide excellent customer service and support

- Assist customers with policy and claims-related issues

- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of concerns

- Meet quality and performance targets

Qualifications:

- Open to all - No BPO experience welcome to apply

- Open to all - With less than 1 year BPO experience also welcome

- At least Senior High School Graduate

- Good English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in Banawa, Cebu City

- Amenable to shifting schedule and can start ASAP

Benefits:

- Basic Salary: PHP 14,500 - 18,500
