Salary range: Php 25,000 - Php 34,000 Work Set up: On-site Location: BGC, Taguig Schedule: Rotational/ Shifting schedule Employment Type: Permanent Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree At least 1-year experience in the Insurance/ Financial/ Fintech industry and customer support experience Must have excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written) Familiar with Omnichannel CRM systems and practices Knowledge of the insurance investment business as an asset Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Spontaneous or able to express thought freely No issues reporting onsite
